You retain ownership of your content, but you grant The Durian Bakery a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content, including your name or likeness, for marketing and advertising purposes.

• Violate any applicable laws, including Singapore's PDPA or consumer protection laws.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use any data mining, robots, or scraping tools on our site.
• Resell our Services or products for commercial use without prior written consent.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

The Services, including text, graphics, images, and logos, are owned by The Durian Bakery or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Durian Bakery, our logos, and our slogans are trademarks of the Company and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

We may provide links or information about third-party products or services. We do not control or endorse Third-Party Content, and your use of it is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless The Durian Bakery and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that the site is error-free or that our desserts will meet every specific dietary expectation unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, The Durian Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the specific product or service.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.

• Pricing:We reserve the right to adjust prices. For subscription plans, we will provide at least ten (10) days' notice of any price changes.
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all orders. If a payment is declined, your order may be suspended.
• Perishable Goods: Given the nature of durian and bakery products, we reserve the right to substitute ingredients or shipments based on seasonal availability without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
